Brian executed a flawless major remodel of our house. Two full baths, a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors, staircase, and related areas were completed on time and budget. This was our first experience with a large remodel where we did not live on-site. Therefore, we had to rely on very good communication between Brian and ourselves so we could manage things remotely. We found Brian McMahon to back-up his words from the first meeting. Representations he made concerning scheduled start date and completion date were upheld. During our project many changes were made and Brian always accompanied these changes with thorough communication about what we could expect as well as change orders so we were able to keep abreast of our costs.
