Brian McMahon
Brian serves as President of Magnolia Building Company, overseeing the office and managing the firm’s commercial and public sector projects. He ensures every build upholds extremely high standards of efficiency, craftsmanship, and regulatory compliance.
Brian takes pride in Magnolia’s strong client relationships, many of whom return to Magnolia for subsequent projects. Additionally, his natural aptitude for project management speaks for itself, as the company has a very high employee retention rate. His employees describe him in three words: fair, dependable, and smart—attributes that set the tone for team culture and client relationships.
Outside of work, Brian is a family man and an avid rock and alpine climber, channeling the same determination and strategic thinking needed to plan successful projects into his outdoor pursuits.

Ben Beezley
Ben is Co-Owner of the Magnolia Building Company, managing high-quality, energy-efficient custom home builds. With 25 years of experience, Ben takes pride in Magnolia’s commitment to high-end, cost-effective construction. The results speak for themselves – satisfied and repeat clients.
Among Ben’s proudest achievements are the “best in town” employees and subcontractors he has helped assemble. The team describes him in two words: “hard working.” He loves the variety and challenges that encompass residential construction, from witnessing an empty lot transform into a cherished family residence to pushing energy efficiency limits (Magnolia holds the best Home Energy Rating System score on record).
Outside the office, Ben is an avid rock climber, trail runner, and skier who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dogs. He holds a degree in Environmental Public Policy and an endorsement in Secondary Education.

Jeff “Curly” Schroeder
Curly coordinates day-to-day operations with employees and subcontractors—prioritizing safety, clear communication, and top-tier quality control. He provides regular progress reports to customers, ensuring transparency and a white-glove client experience.
With over 30 years of experience, Curly is known for being focused, hardworking, and motivated—qualities he attributes in part to Magnolia’s supportive leadership. He takes pride in completing major commercial projects for clients like Blue Canyon Technologies, Pearl East Pharma, and Fieldline Medical.
Outside of work, Curly enjoys riding bikes and hiking with his wife and kids. He also enjoys playing music, disc golf, and wakeboarding, embracing every opportunity to keep moving and make the most of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.

Dennis Gunderson
Dennis brings over 40 years of construction experience to every project he oversees. Known as the “OG,” Dennis prides himself on ensuring that jobs are completed on time and on budget—achievements he attributes to the supportive team and management at Magnolia. His long tenure in the industry has allowed him to master a wide range of skills, from onsite problem-solving to subcontractor coordination.
For Dennis, the best part of his day is the accomplishment he feels watching a building come together, step by step. He is proud of the quality, efficiency, and close-knit team environment that sets Magnolia apart.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, waterskiing, and tinkering with all kinds of repairs—true to his passion for “fixing things.”

Colby Graham
Colby blends expertise in project management and custom woodworking to bring architectural visions to life. Over the last 30 years, he has played a key role in completing numerous custom homes and renovating Denver’s McNichols Civic Center. Colby takes pride in exceeding client expectations and finds deep satisfaction in seeing projects come together seamlessly.
Described by coworkers as “kind, collaborative, and supportive,” Colby appreciates Magnolia’s team dynamic, which allows him to combine problem-solving skills with hands-on construction. His prior experience as a special education teacher for at-risk teens shapes his patient, empathetic approach to job site management.
Outside of work, Colby enjoys yoga, meditation, skateboarding, art, and playing music in his band. He also loves hiking and camping with his two dogs.
